Day 26 of 30: Write about area in your life that you’d like to improve

I realized that I haven’t been the healthiest in these past 2 years. Somehow I felt that I am unhealthy. But then, I suspected something with my body and went to a doctor to get myself examined. And it turned out that I have PCOS or Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. Sometimes, intuition could be right, I am actually unhealthy.

I knew that I need to pay more attention to my lifestyle. My diet was poor and I lacked physical exercise. I was overweight (still, though) and I was not at my best mental health. By that I realized that I had to change my lifestyle, which I did, little by little. I just could justify the reason, now.

I think that these symptoms are my reminder to care for my body better. I realize it might be due to my age, too. I am at the age where my metabolism is not the way it used to be. It is not bad. But, I need to love my body more.

I have been doing exercises and eating healthier food. It’s not perfect, but slowly, I am able to place myself in line with this lifestyle. I still need to improve and maintain it. Because in the future, I want to be that kind of old lady who jogs and runs marathon (or less) and basically does physical exercise, too. That seems cool, doesn’t it?
